This EPIC workout is and LBP classic

If you are in a rush, and need a workout that has everything in a short space of time then give this a try

You will need a ‘Tabata’ timer for this workout or just a stop watch will be fine

Complete each exercise for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest

Press ups

Squats

Lunges

Lunges

Knee to elbow

Squat thrusts

Burpees

Plank

Thats it, simple but super effective

Repeat this workout 2-4 times
