One of the most commonly asked questions we get is how to stay motivated?

Iv been through this little trick with people a lot recently so I decided to film it and share with you

First of all motivation is short lived, its the thing that gets you going but won’t always be high

For this reason you need to be really clear on the goal that you want to achieve and have clear steps on what you need to do to achieve your goal

Next you are going to have to be consistent

Consistency is what’s going to keep you moving forward toward your goal

Lastly you will need to be disciplined

Disciplined means doing the workouts and following your meal plan even when you have those ‘can’t be arsed days’ and trust me there will be plenty so get ready to embrace and keep pushing

In order to achieve ur goals your should set some smaller goals that you can work towards every day such as

  1. Drinking 3 litres of water
  2. 10,000 steps per day
  3.  3-5 workouts per week
  4.  6-8 hours sleep per day
  5. 80/20 rule with ur nutrition
  6. Meal prepping will be a god send and keep you on track
  7. Self development (mental health) – read a personal development book

Make yourself a list of things and start off with just a few of those and aim to do this consistently and add a new one each week

Plan your goals ahead using a calendar like in the video below and start holding yourself accountable

Bottom line is only you can do the work
