One of the most frequently asked questions or struggles that people have is what to have for breakfast

If i could make one important suggestion to people it would be to totally rethink breakfast and re program your typical breakfast habits and rituals

Ideally with any kind of weight loss plan you should aim to keep your protein intake high to ensure that you can maintain muscle tone and not end up looking ‘skinny fat’

Typically people eat a high carbohydrate and sugar based breakfast and then struggle to hit their recommended protein intake throughout the rest of the day

Remember if you want to be lean and toned then protein is your friend, and to reach your daily recommended target then its a good move to make your breakfast protein based

Below are a few suggestions

  1. Eggs and bacon medallions
  2. Mini omelette muffins
  3. Eggs and Heck sausages
  4. Yoghurt and protein powder with mixed berries
  5. Banana protein pancakes
  6. Protein oats with some mixed fruit
  7. Protein smoothie

Ok so there is a good mix of ideas for you to get started with also check out the video attached

The video was taken one night in the gym and its funny because everybody seems to be eating something similar

Why you might ask? simplicity and convenience is the answer. Quick and easy!

So there you go

Enjoy
